b. Forbidden Pants shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, or postal strikes.

5. Returns and Refunds

a. Forbidden Pants aims for your complete satisfaction with the Products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Product(s) within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.

b. Returned Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

b. You shall not upload, post, or transmit any content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
